It's wonderful to have you on board and enrolled in our course! As mentioned before, we want to help you train smarter and stay better connected to your training plans. In this course, you will be able to access content in the form of video lectures, quizzes, informational notes (e.g., "lab notes"), fun training tools, along with access to a variety of training plans and blocks.

Focus

We refer to our testing, training, and tracking guidelines as 'Pop Lab Notes' and 'Pop Lab Tools'. The 'pop' in PoP Lab stands for 'Process over Product', which simply means we try to focus on building solid foundations first and then build from there within a block structure that encourages a mastery approach to your health, fitness, or performance training.

From this course, you will be able to access training plans and blocks that help prepare you for a variety of activities and events. If you have not already, we encourage you to try and identify a challenging event that you can begin to prepare for.

The Lab Notes and Tools along with simple long or short plans, are accessible to you at any time and can be inserted into your existing or newly created account within the TrainingPeaks (TP) platform.

In the following 'Getting Started' and 'Key Components' sections, we will provide short tutorials on how to best utilize and navigate this program and the TrainingPeaks Platform.

Of course, you are welcome to skip ahead and dive right into any of the plans, training blocks, tools, or key information as you see fit.
